The wub is a small business based in Kenilworth, Cape Town that delivers combined web development and training in custom packages to suit the specific needs of its clients.

It was founded in 2011 by Jonathan Euvrard who has a broad base of skills and experience in business, technology and education. He started building websites in the early Geocities days, migrating through Yahoo, FrontPage and Dreamweaver phases to XHTML and CSS, and finally Content Management Systems. Jonathan has degrees in Philosophy and Computer Science from Rhodes University where he's taught in Philosophy, Computer Science and Business Ethics. He has also run Computer Literacy courses at the University for teachers from disadvantaged schools. Jonathan worked as a Technical Analyst at the London Stock Exchange, and the Project Assurance Coordinator at Business Systems Group (BSG) in Cape Town.

Jonathan is passionate about helping to realise technology's potential as a positive force for change in South Africa, and in particular the role that free and open source software has to play in this transformation.
