Valentine's day is creeping up and the shops are advertising Easter with Easter Eggs displayed in tantalising temptations. They really know how to move time along. No wonder it feels like the year flies by, its because its only February and they already have you dreaming about your Easter Weekend. As a great Afrikaans person of note once said "skanda"!
We're in the second month of the year and for some of you work has taken off like a rocket, for others who are more prone to vintage vehicles which have incredible value and longevity but need a bit of warming up first - work is slowly coming to life.
Either way, make sure you send us your Brag Rapsheet. We want to show all those looking in what Joomla! can do and how creative you can get. Often we can try and talk loads but websites speak for themselves and they are often the best advertisements for Joomla! The Future of www.joomla.org.zaAs the webmasters of the South African Joomla! Portal, we have worked (and slaved) on the site for some time and due to the fact that we wanted to make this available to all in the Joomla! community we did our best to represent all Joomla! designers fairly. We have however had to advertise our training services on the "Training" page to sustain the work that we do on the site. For those of you who were thinking "that's not fair" , we are in the process of migrating all our content onto an alternative site whose url will be announced at a later date. This means that the site will become more neutral and unbiased and represents all equally.

We would like to develop a team that could grow the site and its internet presence so that we generate more business for all of us and ensure that Joomla! takes South Africa by storm.
